“It takes a lot of patience to run a business at scale. I’m not sure I have it, I feel like I need to build a lot of it. And this tendency of, like, getting something done instead of having conversations around the topic so that people get an insight or bring their perspective on, like, how something needs to be done. It’s a really tough transition and I still struggle with it.”
