AWS Student Community Day Amravati was exactly that kind of experience. On the surface, it looked like a well-executed tech event with 550+ students, engaging speakers, and impactful sessions. But behind it was a journey full of planning, challenges, and real execution.

We had to ensure:
Clear communication with participants
Proper tracking of registrations
Handling last-minute entries
Managing entry flow on the event day
On the day of the event, registration became one of the most critical operations. Hundreds of students arriving within a limited time window can easily create chaos.
But structured coordination, team allocation, and clear instructions helped maintain smooth flow.
🎤 Speaker Coordination
One of the biggest responsibilities was managing speakers.
This included:
Reaching out and confirming availability
Aligning topics with the event theme
Managing time slots
Handling last-minute changes
