Ollella, an indie folk project led by Ellie Barber, finally made their debut on the Tiny Desk, celebrating years of submitting to the Contest! Known for their playful, string-guided tunes, this concert was a full-circle moment, showcasing their signature cello and upright bass sound.

The set included thoughtful tracks like “Lava,” which ponders the loss of childlike wonder, and “At Rest,” a contemplation on stillness. It seems wild that it took this long, but Ollella’s vibrant, collaborative energy truly shined!
