Accoil is a customer engagement and insights platform that helps B2B SaaS companies understand how their customers are using their products. It allows CS teams to understand customer behaviour, monitor health scores, and act on data with insights that prevent churn and keep customers happier for longer.

The platform is used by B2B SaaS businesses doing over $1M ARR, with customer success and account management teams often acting as the first point of entry.

Headquartered in Australia, Accoil has a growing customer base in both Europe and the US. We caught up with Co-founder and Co-CEO Peter Preston to find out how sponsoring SaaStock is helping to drive awareness and growth in these markets. 

Cutting through online noise to reach customers directly 

Like many companies, Accoil has found that reaching B2B SaaS companies online is getting harder. 

As tried and tested digital channels become saturated, audiences are fatigued and less trusting due to the volume of AI-generated content. In this environment, in-person events offer a direct alternative: 

“The internet is quite noisy, so getting in front of B2B SaaS companies is challenging on a good day,” Peter explained. “We found that events are the easiest way to actually have a conversation with someone.”

Accoil first sponsored SaaStock in 2024 as a way to get direct face time with customers and prospects. 

Why SaaStock

SaaStock stood out to Peter and his co-founders for its audience quality, access to the European market, and its open networking. 

Peter explained how a focused B2B SaaS audience and the calibre of companies already in the room made SaaStock the right fit: 

“The sponsor list is basically a hit list for us. If people are there buying those products, it’s not a big leap to think they could be potential customers for us as well.”

In addition, getting closer to the European market was also a major draw:

“Being down in Australia, everything feels like we’re arm’s length away. Being on the ground in Europe and talking to people there was really valuable.”

Finally, after attending other events all over the world, there was a community-led atmosphere at SaaStock that set it apart from other conferences: 

“We’ve been to other big SaaS events where you almost try not to walk by a booth because you feel like you’re getting accosted. But at SaaStock the booths feel approachable. People felt at ease enough to come up and talk to us.”

Meetings that deliver real ROI

After two-years of sponsorship, Accoil tried a new sponsorship opportunity at SaaStock in 2025, our Hosted Meetings service. 

They bought a meetings package for the event. This meant that, in addition to their booth, they’d have 10 meetings with qualified Founder and C-suite buyers from relevant companies. 

According to Peter, this was their “best event yet” because it put the focus on high-intent conversations rather than volume lead scanning. 

“The meetings format adds a lot of value for us,” Peter said. “It creates much more tangible outcomes.”

Unlike traditional booth interactions, the Hosted Meetings format meant both sides showed up with clear expectations, Peter explained: 

“You’re sitting across the table from someone who knows exactly what’s about to happen. That’s quite helpful, both ways.”

All three Accoil Co-founders travelled to Dublin to maximise coverage across both the booth and the Hosted Meetings.

“We try to focus on the quality conversations that we’re having. Coming out of Dublin, I think we had 80 to 90 leads that we felt really good about.”

Several of those conversations are still active in the pipeline, and some meetings led to warm introductions across the European SaaS ecosystem.

“Through the meetings, there were introductions that have been pretty fruitful,” Peter said. “We even had someone handing our business card around for us, which has been really nice.”

Returning to SaaStock in 2026

After a strong event in Dublin, Accoil is coming back to both SaaStock USA and Europe in 2026. Peter said: 

“What everyone’s looking for in events is a high concentration of quality people to talk to, quality prospects, quality conversations. SaaStock has that all baked in, especially with the meetings format.”
