I Spent 45 Hours To Built this Image Compressor Give Your Thoughts On it

Hey Everyone 👋

Confession time: I’m a developer who hates bloated tools. Last week, I wasted 20 minutes trying to compress a single PNG for a client. The compressor I used demanded an account and then still made the image look like it survived a nuclear apocalypse.

So I rage-quit and spent 45 hyper-caffeinated hours building my own.

Meet Pixtrim:

Works entirely in your browser—your files never leave your device.

No sign-ups, or paywalls.

Keeps images crisp (tested on my dog’s 4K portrait, and yes, he’s judgmental).

Is it perfect? Probably not. But here’s why I’m posting:

45 hours is either a flex or a red flag. I need real feedback. Does it suck? Is the UI confusing?

I’m weirdly proud of the my image compressor

How to try it: Just Google Pixtrim and First result Is the my Masterpiece and Give brutally honest feedback so I can improve it
