My workplace has benefited from diversity and inclusion initiatives by becoming a more hospitable and inclusive place for everyone. Employees are able to bring their complete selves to work and feel valued for their distinctive viewpoints and experiences when diversity and inclusivity are respected and promoted. As a result of feeling empowered to make important contributions to the organization, employees collaborate more, are more creative, and are more productive.
