How should I start with JavaScript and Logic? 🚀

Hi everyone!

I’m currently a student in my second semester of systems analysis, and I’ve decided it’s time to dive deep into the world of JavaScript.

While I have some basic understanding of web structures, I want to make sure I build a “rock-solid” foundation. I often hear that mastering Programming Logic is even more important than learning the syntax of a specific language, but it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of resources out there.

I’m looking for advice from this amazing community:

For Logic: What helped you “click” with problem-solving? Are there specific games, books, or exercises you recommend?

For JavaScript: Should I focus on Vanilla JS entirely before touching any frameworks? What are the “must-know” concepts for a beginner?

Projects: What was the first project you built that actually made you feel like a “developer”?

I’m currently working on my portfolio and a few small projects, but I’d love to hear your roadmap suggestions for someone starting their professional journey.

Looking forward to your tips!
