Can you imagine a team of two senior devs and a bunch of AI agents working on a complex refactoring without a way to keep the track of work?
Scrum? Jira?… How’s that? How the agents, even with the million of tokens from Gemini, will know what to do?
I know it sounds a bit “not me”, but I’d say we need a more clear way of working to be set. A kind of whatever-scrum, or a tool to keep the track of everything.
