web apps with react

hi a blind person using a screen reader jaws for windows from http://www.freedomscientific.com. and now waas wondering. learnt react intro to a course from linkedin learning. now wondering, when i then serve the page and then build the project, and then add all the node files stuff. is there a way to then turn the react webpages in to webpages or webapplications, when i then upload them to a public serve. when some one clicks on the project, the webpage open and all pages. marvin.
